i have a large 3 bed semi, large gardens front and back, parking out in back garden, 6 ft panels out back, with gates. front garden lawed. i have 2 living rooms a seperate dinningroom, and a seperate kitchen. all liminate flooring. new fitted oak kitchen, all re-plastered down stairs and pained cream. 2 dble bedrooms, one has walk in wardrobe , the other needs decorating, it has a stair case to loft which has been boarded out. the small bedroom is deocrated, with built in shelving and wardrobe which will be staying.the bathroom has a sep shower cubical in it.this is a large house with loads of pretential. it is a small villege, but everything is not far away.im looking for a 3 bed with a large garden not worried about decoration.
